Schwamborn industrial vacuum cleaners offer hitherto unobtainable suction power

A very easy-to-use click system, anti-static hoses and a robust quick coupling system for hose extensions ensure significant dust reduction on the construction site.

With HEPA as standard

Schwamborn has not only revised the entire vacuum cleaner line to achieve significantly improved suction performance. On the one hand, this is reflected in a significant increase in the cubic metre per hour perfor-mance of the new "STS" line. On the other hand, the "3-stage filtering" has also been improved. The installa-tion of high-performance particulate filters with "HEPA standard" (H13, H14) is now standard on all Schwamborn models.

The 3-stage HEPA filter system reduces dust by 99.995%.

In this process, coarse particles are filtered and up to 99.9 % of the dust is removed via a polyester pre-filter. In the 3rd stage, HEPA filters remove up to 99.995% of all dust particles on the construction site.

The new machine adapter system

The weak point of all conventional dust extraction systems on construction sites is the connection between the machine and the industrial vacuum cleaner on the one hand and the necessary hose extensions on the other. The new Schwamborn system (see illustration) consists of a user-friendly and well thought-out click system, antistatic hoses and a leak-tight quick coupling system for hose extensions.

This perfected dust reduction is a particular benefit for companies that grind or mill contaminated or envi-ronmentally harmful material. On the one hand, through the reduced waste that can be achieved with the latest Schwamborn grinding or milling technology and, on the other hand, through the significantly im-proved health protection. The new system also means, among other things, that despite the heaviest coating removal work, ongoing operations do not have to be interrupted during renovation work.
